Although it was release ni JAPAN last 2007 it never have the chance to be localized. I don't know why. Hopefully, they will also translate "Tales of Hearts"

BTW, I tried the game earlier and it was so amazing! I can relate again with the main protagonist of the game :D
And also, this was release 3 years ago! Don't have an idea why NamcoBandai didn't release this in US.
