Haha I just greeted myself. A rather late post hehe.. Naging busy kasi ang week na ito. Now lang ako medyo nakaluwang-luwang (that sound so wrong) xD

Anyway, it is my first bday na wala talaga handa! haha wlang pumunta sa bahay ni isang bisita! Pero ayus lng ksi, nsa school naman ako nung hapon at tinatapos namin ang mga requirements sa school. Lagi nalang napupunta sa busy week ang bday ko eh.. Next year hindi na ganyan! :D

Malapit na din matapos OJT ko sa wakas! Mga 42 hours nalang makapahinga na ako!

About naman sa nangyari sakin for last March 25.. Hmm nagtxt sakin cousin ko the night before, around 10pm. Di nga ako nakareply ksi wla ako load. Alam ko namang nagtxt sya ksi pagkanext day expire na load nya xD

Tapos ke-aga aga ang daming nagreet na sakin sa FB-Plurk-at sa mga ibang Forum Communities na wherein member ako. Wala na nga akong mahihiling pang gift ksi halos lahat nasa sakin na. Laptop ko nag ginagamit ko lagi magnet ksi mas madali magtype at di maingay xD

Around 30+ nagreet sakin OL at mga cousins at kaklase ko ang nagreet sakin IRL.

Nung nasa bahay na ako, nagulat lang ako binilhan ako ni mama ng pizza! Yes! Favorite ko ksi ang mga Pizza kaya alam siguro ni mama kaya binilhan niya ako..

Laway ka no? haha.. Overall, masaya ang araw ko. Sa daming nagreet sakin, sapat na yun as a bday gift this year! Isa pa malaki na ako! Twenteen! haha.... After graduation, dito ko na malalaman ang tinatawag nilang "totoong buhay".... Hanggang sa muli :D

EDIT: May pahabol pala ako! haha salamat sa cousin ko na pumunta dito sa house.. ung isang cousin ko ksi, pumunta daw dito sa bahay last March 25, akala ata niya may handa.. Eh timing wlang tao sa bahay. Kaya yun! LOL natatawa kmi dito sa bahay :D

OJT Journal - Day 58 (March 26, 2010)

Friday, a half-OJT day.

Around 12nn, Ma'am Jen ym'ed me that I need to pass a softcopy of our OJT Documentation to Sir Caso. Sir Caso also texted me. So I hurriedly went to our school and pass our documentation.

After that, I went to callbox. I went directly to the second floor where all the research teams and some agents have transferred.

Until such time, I went home alone.

Monday, the last week of March.

I am envy with my sister because she has no class anymore. She enjoyed watching tv when I went to callbox.

When I arrived at the Guard Station, I noticed Jessica and Jeniel's hand printing. Then, I jotted down 10:10am and pursued my steps to the third floor.

When I entered the crystal door, I saw Jeniel and Jessica smiling at me. :)

We talked things until it was lunch time. We ate our meal together.

In the afternoon, I shared this blog to my classmates. To their amazement, they were surprised because I was able to include such details like Jeniel was late, sick etc =))

It was a journal afterall?! What can you expect? It also makes my work more interesting. =))

Around 2:20pm, Jeniel who's by my side is frowning. I ask him about it and he replied that he accidentally erased 60 companies info. Poor Jeniel :(

At 3:00pm, we will go to our school for our clearance signing. Then, we will go to our house for our final business plan edit.

OJT Journal - Day 54 (March 20, 2010)

Saturday, our first technical support OJT.

I arrived around 9am because of my laptop. I proceeded directly to the 3rd floor and saw Jeniel and Ralf John working under the computer table. Jeniel being early, told me that they disassemble some of the computer units and to be transferred in the second floor. After we configured all the computer units, we changed it's I.P. Address to its default values.

Around lunch time, we went to school to check Jessica's progress on our business plan.

We went back around 1:30pm and started our up-and-down-transfer-computer work.

It was a tiring day because I was not in a conditioned to work with physical activities.

Heto na naman ako, pang ilang attempt na naman. Gusto ko lang ishare sa inyo ang ginagawa ko halos everyday.

OJT Journal - Day 53 (March 19, 2010)

Friday.

I woke up late and arrived at callbox around 9:00am. Same routine as usual.

In the afternoon, we noticed that some of our co-OJT is saying bye-bye to us. I realized later that they have stopped their OJT in callbox. I don't know what is the exact reason.

I finished my work around 4:00pm and commanded Jessica to go to Ma'am Dionio after 5:00pm.

Wednesday.

I arrived around 9am. Same routine as usual(how many times I mentioned this again?)

Ma'am Emy told us that the next day will be an off-duty day because of the Liberation of Panay.

We planned that we will take the chance to make our business plan in the afternoon.

Tuesday, a sleepy day.

I woke up late because I can't sleep the night before. I arrived at callbox around 9:00am and proceeded to our workplace. Ma'am Emy assigned a new tasks for me. She also offers us(Me and Jeniel) to be a Technical Support for days ranging from March 20-21. Aside from the advance hours(OJT) we will get, we will have an extra allowance of 150 pesos and an additional learning! So tatangi ka pa? XD

This is a great opportunity for us since we are running out of days for our OJT Time and graduation is nearing.

Quarter to 5:00pm, Jessica and Jeniel went to my house to finish our Business Plan (Chapter 3 & 4) and played a little Bloody Roar 2 from my Notebook :)

OJT Journal - Day 50 (March 15, 2010)

Monday sickness again ugh. (Naka 50 days na kami! yey)

I woke up around 7am and arrived at callbox at exactly 8:04am!

Finally! I was able to beat my 8:05 record with 1 min interval. XD

Still the same things we do. We do our tasks from 8am-12am. Sometimes, we use our 15 minutes break around 10:30am in the morning and 3:00pm in the afternoon.

I use to combine a coffee+milo+milk during our 15 minutes break every afternoon.

Still the same thing happened as the day before, but Marby (a sophomore computer science student) was able to have an OJT at the callbox.

Aside from that nothing new happened for the day.

Around 4pm, the three of us went to my house for our business plan.

Nothing out of ordinary happened for the day, but for Rowena, she already finished her 600 hours of work.

Tuesday arrived.

We were not able to make it the day before because of our Business Proposal T_T

I woke up early but I arrived at callbox around 9am due to bad tummy.

Nothing new happened for the day except for Rowena. She will end 600 hours of OJT with her co-OJTs. It it also one of the reason that they are taking pictures across callbox.

I imagined having our pictorial soon...

So that's about it I guess, I'm drained for the day. Goodnight everyone....

Friday! Hurrah! Last day of OJT for the week :D

Somewhat a tiring day if you ask me..

Jessica and Jeniel were present and were ahead of me. They arrived around 8:30am while I arrived at 10:00am (talking about laziness).

Nothing usual for the day except for the fact that Mam Emy changed our task and Rowena is not our supervisor anymore.

That ended our Friday duty. :D

OJT Journal - Day 44 (March 4, 2010)

Thursday. A rather infrequent day.

I arrived at callbox around 10am while Jeniel arrived earlier than expected, around 8:20am. I also sat behind him and we started babbling about games, internet, and some school stuffs. :D

In the afternoon we went to our school during our 30 minute break. Then, we saw Jessica sitting on an executive bench jotting down some notes. We approached her stealthily and we planned to shock her. By her amazement, she was really surprised!
She told us that we got some penalties for not attending the other activities. We chit chat for a little while. Until Jeniel and I decided to go back to callbox for our last break. We bid farewell to Jessica as we walk posthaste.

When we entered callbox, we went directly to the canteen for our afternoon snack. Instead of just plain coffee/milo, we ate a lot of popcorns!
This too much eating causes our esophagus to irritate the next day. D:

OJT Journal - Day 43 (March 3, 2010)

Wednesday.

In place of attending our Foundation Week Program, Jeniel and I decided to attend at the callbox instead.

It was somewhat a nice day for us. Rowena was absent again because as they (co-OJTS) said, she is suffering from a computer-cause-headache. Implying, we can extend our break time to 30 minutes every afternoon xD. It's fine to do this kind of stuffs as long as you can come up with the daily quota.

Our day ended just like the other day.

OJT Journal - Day 42 (March 2, 2010)

Tuesday.

I went to school in the morning for our business proposal meeting. Then, I headed immediately to the library.

As I scope my vision, not a single indication of my classmates. Hence, I opened my laptop to start our business proposal.

I researched almost everything for our proposal. But that said, I can't do this alone...

It was also our foundation week, so what do I expect? various school activities. T_T

12:30pm, and still no sign of my classmates. I halted my work and planned to proceed to callbox for lunch.

As usual, I'm alone eating my lunch. Afterwards, I went to take a rest on the nearest sofa.

Quarter to 1pm, Jeniel arrived with a smirk of his face. We chit chat for a while until it was 1pm. Rowena was present and gave me a new task. I started it immediately with a fast gaze.

Until it was around 4:30, the other OJTs went home earlier than us. (Iniisip tuloy namin, baka nababagot na din sila dito) In our case, we went home around 5pm, which is the exact time supposed to be. :)

(About kay Jessica, member ksi siya ng Council sa school at secretary siya, so dapat present siya sa Foundation Week activities namin sa school, hence making her absent for several days)

That wraps up everything for that day.

Ano ba talaga?!

I've been thinking this one noon pa. Halos pa-iba iba ang takbo ng utak ko paminsan kaya kahit papano di ko na alam ano ba talaga! Kung ano ba gagawin kung decision, kung hindi ba magagalit sina mama sakin.. At ito na iyon!


Since graduating student ako this April 2010, may mga nag-ooffer sakin kahit ngayon pa lang. Dito sa Iloilo, may kakilala si mama na pwede ako i-refer to work. 8k daw ang starting salary at malapit lang talaga sa bahay, pwede siya lakarin nalang. But of course, ako na magbabayad ng monthly internet at kuryente ~_~ Magkano nalang kaya tira sakin?

Yung isang kaibigan ko sa net na nakilala ko sa HGPinoy, si kuya Jabey! Taga Manila siya at nagEB kami dito sa Iloilo last January. Sinabihan niya ako about dun sa possibility na magwork daw ako sa Accenture! Outsourcing Company po siya. Doon ksi sila nagwowork ng mga kabarkada niya at maganda daw dun! Nakapunta nga sila sa iba't-ibang parte ng Pilipinas!

Last but not the least, ang Tito ko sa Manila! Gusto niya din na doon ako magwork! Kasi tulad sa kanya, nagstart din siya sa scratch hanggang sa mataas na position niya ngayon.

According naman kay mama, dito na muna ako magwork sa Iloilo for experience purposes daw. At para makashare naman ako sa kanya ng sweldo ko!

Naguguluhan na talaga ako.. Next time ko ipost yung pros and cons ng bawat isa kung ano ba talaga?!

OJT Journal - Day 41 (March 1, 2010)

Yey! It's the first day of summer! :D (Pero OJT pa rin T_T)

Monday.

Jessica texted my early in the morning that she can't be present for today's OJT. So, I was hoping that Jeniel will show up.

Being a lazy boy, I miss the morning session and decided to be present in the afternoon.

After I entered the workplace, I noticed that only four of the OJTs were present. It was Rowena, Jhun Rey, Mirriam, and Ralf John. I sat besides Mirriam because we chit-chat something for a while.

Around 4:20pm, almost all of them went ahead, meaning I was the only one behind.

After 10 minutes, I went home too.

Remaining Time: 184 hours ~_~

OJT Journal - Day 40 (February 26, 2010)

Grabe! Absent ako from March 24-25 phew.. Dapat this March aayusin na namin para makahabol na kami talaga sa hours namin.)

The night before, Jessica texted me: "Guys, bukas dapat before 8am nandito na kayo at magdala kayo resume". I was skeptical at first because I'm not sure what she really meant.

The next morning, I woke up so early that I was able to spot my sister eating her breakfast (lagi kasi siya umaalis ng maaga, kaya parang himala daw naabutan ko siya xD).

After that, I tried texting Jessica to confirm some things that she was not able to comprehend the night before. She replied that we need to go to this specific hotel and bring our resume. Still, she was not able to explain why should we go there?!

Still puzzled with these turn of event, I hasten up my act in order to arrive at the hotel before 8am.

When I finally arrived at the hotel, I noticed Mirriam, our co-OJT. She spotted me first and called me with her gesticulate hand. I came to her immediately despite the fact that I'm a little shy.

Then, I ask her everything that I was asking myself earlier like "what is the purpose of coming here in the first place?"

"Hindi ba nasabi sa iyo ni Jessica? opportunity ito para makawork tayo sa smartmatic para sa upcoming election," she said.

I gave my resume to her for she will pass it to the higher ups. But before that, she skimmed my resume and she spotted that I was not able to include a photo with it. (Well, you can't blame me because I wasn't well-informed with these turn of event -_-) It was that time Jessica was texting me. All I thought, Jessica arrived earlier, but I was so wrong. Given that I was inside the hotel with Mirriam, I cannot go outside for Jessica's arrival. (So, sorry nalang Jes, late ka eh xD)

It was until the time that I felt my dismay. I was not chosen or should I say "Hindi ako nakapasa kasi daw I live in Iloilo City at puno na daw ang slots para doon, tsaka ang tinatanggap nalang nila is those students na nasa province state kumbaga outside sa city."

Mirriam felt it also, but she was able to enter the white door. For me, I exited the opposite door leading to the outside. It was fun while it lasted. I texted Jessica that I will re-route to callbox (kasi sayang hours namin for OJT).

I arrived at callbox around 8:20am feeling tired and sweaty. Jessica arrived around 8:30am. I told her everything about how I was disappointed beforehand. So, instead of weeping we continued our daily task.

212 hours accomplished, 188 hours remaining. -_-
