OJT Journal - Day 39 (February 23, 2010)

Tuesday, a boring day (Grabe lagi nalang not so fruitful or boring day)..

A half-day OJT.

In the morning I went to school for our business plan proposal. All of my classmates were present but little late.

We ended our meeting around 12:30pm. Feeling late we rushed to our respective OJT place afterwards.

Back to our whereabout, we still continued our daily tasks.

OJT Journal - Day 38 (February 22, 2010)

Monday sickness...

I arrived at callbox around 10am. I rushed my work as usual.

Rowena was also present in the vicinity. I noticed that she looks so pale.

Around 1pm after lunch, she went home. So that makes it that she is indeed sick.

As usual, everything ends up at 5pm.

OJT Journal - Day 37 (February 19, 2010)

Friday, the last day of our OJT for the week.

I am so relieve because I got my graduation gift earlier than expected! I got my new Acer Aspire 4740 from my Tita! Too bad she can't attend my graduation.

Anyway, we went to callbox after our school pictorial in the morning.

All of us were present this time. Then, they noticed something new about my sparkling smile. I told them that I got my new toy and how I was so excited about it. xD

It ended just like a normal day.

OJT Journal - Day 36 (February 17, 2010)

Wednesday, a not so fruitful day.

As I can still remember, I was late. It was around 11am that I manage to start my work.

Nothing new concerning our daily work.

OJT Journal - Day 35 (February 15, 2010)

Monday, the day before our exam.

We only have 2 subjects namely: Entrepreneurship and OJT: Industry Immersion. The only subject we attended for class discussion is the former. Also, the only subject that has exam.

Last week, we planned that we will go to the school by Monday because of the examination permit for our exam the next day.

It was around 11am when I finished everything and went to callbox. I noticed either Jessica or Jeniel was not around. So, I still pursue my work even though I'm not used being alone.

I gave up around 3pm that I will go to the school again hoping for Jessica or Jeniel. Alas! I found Jessica.
She was sitting on the front rows of the waiting chairs. I purposely went directly to her and we talked for a while.

Until such time I went home and took a rest for the day.

OJT Journal - Day 34 (February 12, 2010)

February 11, 2010 is a holiday so our duty resumes.

Since it will be two days left for the Valentines Day, the callbox employee decorated the whole area full of hanging hearts and cupids. One thing I noticed the most is the Canteen Area because of its grand decorations.

Ranging from candles, red lights, and a romantic flower from each table.

We fully enjoyed that day because we reminisce our college days from being a 1st year student up to now. It was like "parang kailan lang"..

We took our 15 minutes break and discussed everything. Until such time that we need to go home when the clock strikes at 5pm.

OJT Journal - Day 33 (February 10, 2010)

Wednesday.

It was the time to picked up the delivered parcel from our local post office.

9:30am, after I found the said post office, I rushed inside. One reason why I got late.

Arrived at callbox around 10am and headed directly to my table. This time, Rowena was around.

Same days as usual.

Bili na! LOL

Finally!

Pumunta ako sa aming local post office dito kaninang umaga. I think it was 8:30am at mga 9:00am ako nakadating doon (hinanap ko pa ksi)

At nung nasa loob ako, muntikan ko na di makuha yung parcel ko. Kasi ba naman, Rayster Janayon yung nakalagay sa Parcel while sa I.D. ko is Raymond Janayon. xD Nakalimutan ko kasi i-modify noon. Buti nalang matanda yung nag-asikaso sakin kaya di niya nanotice nung tiningnan niya I.D. ko at ung Claim Stab. Cguro nakita nya na di naman ganun ung difference ksi pareho namang may "Ray" xDD

Anyway, tinulungan ko din sya hanap sa parcel. Maaga pa kasi yun kaya mabilis ko nakuha agad yung parcel ko..

At heto na now! Very satisfied talaga ako sa mga products ng Hori.

OJT Journal - Day 32 (February 9, 2010)

Tuesday, an energetic day.

I drink a milo-coffee combo before heading to school. We wore our favorite OJT Uniform because everyone likes it.xD

It was also our reporting in Entrepreneurship.

We ate our lunch together at callbox. With the same atmosphere since the day before, we enjoyed our so little "freedom" (without Rowena around).

Jeniel sat besides me and we chit-chat random stuffs the whole afternoon ranging from anime to games.

 It was only recently that we fully understand this "break" because of being workaholic. So we use our 15 minutes break.

It was 3pm that we drink our coffee.

Our day ended with Jessica being left behind because of her little problem with time management.

OJT Journal - Day 31 (February 8, 2010)

Monday, I arrived at 10am.

I entered callbox and remembered the same nostalgia. My instinct told me that, that day will be a boring day again.

I proceeded to the main lobby and directly to my table. One thing I noticed was that, Rowena and some of her co-ojt were not present. Clouded by my thoughts, I still resumed my task for our daily quota.

It was then that I noticed Ralf John, one of our co-ojt, sitting on one of the computer table. I ask him about what happened to Rowena and to the other OJTs. He said that they were having an activity on their respective schools.

Lunch time and Jessica arrived. We chit-chat while munching our food.

Soon, we went back to our nest and continued our daily work.

OJT Journal - Day 30 (February 5, 2010)

Last day OJT for the week! yeheee!

I arrived at callbox around 9am.

As I entered the lobby, I noticed that the atmosphere is kind-of busy.
When I went to my table to start my work, I saw that the cpu is nowhere to be found! As I look around, some of the cpu were also missing.

Rowena said that I should find any representative from any of the technical support team. But sadly, I could not find any.

1 hour passed and one of them was approaching. Fixing our pc and the others.

That makes me wait for 1 hour of nothing.


It was the same usual day afterwards.

OJT Journal - Day 29 (February 4, 2010)

Thursday, a half-OJT day. We planned that we're gonna wear our OJT Uniform.

I arrived at school around 10:30am but there's no class so we proceed to the computer laboratory and give our computer adviser a visit.

Around 12nn we went to callbox. Nothing unusual happened except for the other OJT commenting our uniform.

"wwwowww, ang ganda naman.." xD We feel flattered xD

Our work goes on.

OJT Journal - Day 28 (February 3, 2010)

OJT Time again! Hoooo yeah! :D

Wednesday, a whole day OJT.

I arrived at callbox around 8:30am. Jessica was ahead of me by 5 minutes.
I approached Rowena and she said "Ayan! May dumating din".

I was like " Ano kaya ibig sabihin niya? O_O

And there I saw the 2 of the Technical Support Team wandering around repairing PCs. I wondered " Ano kaya nangyayari bakit ang daming nasisira na unit?".

And yeah, Jessica was also waiting for her pc to be fixed but sadly, we waited for almost 30 minutes in order for us to start our daily task.

It was 9am that we hasten our work so that we can make up for the day. Rowena was also wandering around inspecting our work and kept reminding us about our past mistakes.

Jeniel did not make it for the morning call but he arrived at lunch time. We ate our lunch together and chit-chat a lot about our future plans.

It was 1pm when we entered again to our beloved nest. "Must accomplish a required quota for the day is all that I've been thinking.

Around 4pm, Rowena asked me, "Ray, sakali after ka magraduate, eh payag ka ba mag contractual dito?", I said, "Hindi ako sure ate, kasi may possibility din na baka i-absorb ako ng school or may ibang opportunity na naghihintay sakin sa labas".

She said, " Ah ok, si Mam Meds ksi naghahanap sila ng magwowork dito until Summer".
I was thinking why she told me something about that. Maybe she liked my performance? xD

I need to develop my skills..

We told rowena that we would go on overtime for 1 hour.

Laptop Update

February na! Akala ko makukuha ko na Laptop ko last Saturday, hindi pa pala.. Sa sobrang excited ko na naman hindi naman natuloy T_T

Sabi ng Tita ko kasi di niya kaya yung gusto ko kasi nga nagstop na siya work, eh papano na ako T_T Tsaka sabi niya, matagal pa naman daw March eh, hintayin ko nalang daw~ Sa February 19 sila babalik ng Canada kasama niya husband niya. Oh well, wala na ako magagawa kundi maghintay. 1 month lang naman eh. Pero kung iisipin ko, mas magagamit ko talaga now ang Laptop dahil sa mga Business Plans namin at Projects..

Yung isang Tita ko naman, nung nag-usap sila ni Mama sa phone sabi sakin tingin daw kami PC at Laptop sa kilala niya. Bigla naman ako naexcite tuloy. Tsaka may namention din siya na pwede daw utang? tapos pwede daw mauwi agad yung lappy kung naka downpayment na.. Let's just wait this coming Saturday..

Ang dami kasi sina mama magkapatid. 11 ata sila lahat, lapit na magdosena. xD

Play-Asia

Noong January 21,2010 pa ako nag-order ng Nintendo Earphone sa Play-Asia pero until now di pa rin dumadating O_O

Ano kaya nangyari?

Reliable naman sila according sa mga nababasa ko sa net, yun nga lang may problema daw or matagal talaga basta "Free Shipping?"

It's been 8 days na (not counted ang Weekends).

No OJT for Today (Again)

Today is the scheduled day for our Pictorial in our Yearbook.

It was 9:30am when I arrived at school. I thought I was late but it's not what I expect.

So many students were up in the line for the picture taking. But too bad, we were re-scheduled again for the next day because the photographer forgot to bring the Toga for us, computer science students.. Wat the fek... >.>

My classmates decided to absent for our OJT.

We need to prepare for our long quiz and pictorial tomorrow.

OJT Journal - Day 27 (January 30, 2010)

Friday, a funny day.

I woke up early this time and arrived at callbox around 8:05am. I headed directly to my table and started to work right away.

Around 8:30, Jessica arrived. Usual smiles and greetings as always.

9:30am, Ma'am Emy approach me and called me "Jeniel". I quickly responded that I'm Raymond not Jeniel. She swiftly apologized and told me if I can give her a favor.

It was all about fetching the ordered food from JD's Bakeshop after 15 minutes.
I just nodded with all the simple instructions she gave.

Around 9:40, I went along with Jessica to fetch to ordered food.

When we arrived again at Callbox, we were forced to stop near the door to the main office (where Ma'm Emy and her co-workers were) by the Janitor and the Network Admin. They say that FOODS are not allowed inside. Looking puzzled, I just obeyed them and put the food to the canteen table instead. Ma'm Emy never told me about this things.

I entered the working place, passing to Rowena's table and entered the main office. At first, I was very shy because almost all of the people there were looking at me with a long and sleepy face. I forced myself to enter.

Ma'am Fatima, the one who approach me and said "kawawa naman itong OJT natin, hindi niya pala alam na di pala pwede foods dito.. ohhhhhhh.. cge lang ah."

All of them looks happy that I successfully brought their food. So I take it as a compliment and continued my work.
